How Do Each Fit into Reigeluth's Elaboration Theory (1979)?
In Reigeluth's elaboration theory it is believed instruction should increase in complexity. The lesson should start with an overview like an advanced organizer. The lesson then should go deeper into the material creating sub-groups and connecting the relationships. This fits well with Reigeluth's theory as the instruction is becoming more complex.
